Patient Portal Pre-Registration

Pay Your Bill Online! 

  1. Please click HERE to access our Patient Portal.
  1. Log in using your USERNAME and PASSWORD. If you don’t have these things, please call our Front Desk (at either location) and they will be happy to assist you with that information.
  1. Once in the patient portal, on the left-hand sidebar, locate LATEST STATEMENT or PAST STATEMENT. If using PAST STATEMENT click the statement date you wish to pay.
  1. Click on the PAY BILL button at the bottom and enter in your payment information. If you change your mind, hit the ESCAPE KEY on your keyboard.
  1. Once you are ready click MAKE PAYMENT to submit your payment.
